Once your account is given the green light, you can effortlessly log in using your chosen username and password. As soon as you're in, you'll notice that the prices on our website automatically adjust to reflect your trade discount – it's that convenient!

To ensure a smooth account approval process, we kindly ask that you are operating as a sole trader, limited company, or PLC. While being VAT registered isn't mandatory, we'll need some proof of your trading activities. This could be as simple as sharing a business card, a compliment slip, a recent trade invoice, or your website.

Rest assured, your submitted information will be reviewed by our friendly Account Managers. If there's anything we need to address, we'll reach out to you via phone or email – whatever suits you best.

It's important to double-check that the details you provide in the form are accurate. We want to make sure we can easily reach you if needed.

Remember, your account will need a thumbs-up from one of our account managers before you can start enjoying it. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email celebrating your access. Any updates or changes to your trade account will also need to be approved by an account manager. So, if you're making alterations, just drop us an email. Customer-initiated changes could temporarily suspend the account, so we're here to help you keep things smooth and hassle-free.
