Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You may purchase just one item or as many as you like! The more you buy, the bigger the discount.

Do I have to be a business if I want to order from you?

No. We sell to businesses and individuals.

What are Envirolopes and why do some products have the Envirolope logo on them?

Envirolopes is the name given to a group of Envelope and Postal Packaging products made solely from environmentally friendly materials.

They are plastic-free, promoting sustainable forests and reduce the environmental impact of harmful products. Our growing list of Envirolopes includes:

We are working to adjust as many products as possible to enable them to carry the ENVIROLOPE badge.

*We are redeveloping these ranges and will be replacing the plastic easy opening strip (ripper strip) which is currently used on these products with a new patented environmentally friendly easy opener. Stay subscribed to our newsletter to keep up to date with the latest changes.

What pallet size do you use?

We ship pallets approx. 1200x1000mm footprint x 2200mm tall.
Any height or size restrictions or special delivery requirements such as timed delivery or manual unloading (if available as options) may incur an extra charge.

How much is the delivery?

What payment options do I have?

You can pay by Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or by Cheque.

How accurate are the images?

We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date.

We endeavour to ensure that all images are as close to the true colour as possible, however we cannot guarantee the colour representation is exact. There can sometimes be shade variations between different batches of envelopes. There can also be variations when viewing on different monitors/screens depending on the settings etc.

If shade is critical, please ask for a sample.

How do I know the envelope is the right size for my cards?

Generally the envelope should be around 10mm bigger than your insert. We offer samples of many of our products, should you wish to check the size or colour before placing your order.

What do I do if there’s something wrong with my order?

Please contact us immediately if there’s a problem with your order upon arrival (damaged, wrong item(s) or if you haven’t received your order by the expected delivery date).

Is ordering from your website secure?

Absolutely! Our website uses SSL encryption to protect transmissions of your account and credit card information. The green padlock and HTTPS shown in the address bar means our site is secure, and all your information is encrypted when transmitted.

How will I know if my order has been processed correctly?

We will send you a confirmation of your order once this has been placed to let you know we have received it and are ready to start picking and packing your package.

We will also send you a second email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

What if I want to make a change to my order?

We are often very quick at picking and packing your orders so there will only be a short amount of time after you place your order where we will be able to amend it. Call us straight away on +44 (0) 1628 810 000 and we will do our best to help.

Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases?

Your pricelist is visible when you are logged in. If you wish to discuss multiple pallet or container quantities please contact the sales office.

Can I view your products with VAT included?

Yes, you can switch the toggle at the top right-hand corner to INC VAT.

I have a business; do you offer trade prices for your products?

Yes, if you are looking to order with us on a regular basis and you are interested in bulk quantities you can fill this form in - Create New Trade Account

Our team will review your details and we can normally get you set up within one day. Once approved you can access the trade section of our website with all our trade prices.

Can I place an order, and have it delivered to my client?

Yes, every order you place from us is sent under plain cover. We never send paperwork with your order and invoices are sent by email to the billing customer.

Do you send (free) samples? How long does it take to receive them?

We do have Flyers, Swatches and a Catalogue for free to make your decision with choosing the right product easier. Please visit section EXTRAS in the main Menu to order your free samples.

Please note that content in Flyers vary in size & colour within the product range, in case you are looking for a specific colour, please speak to our sales team.
